1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the NerdCruiting website (the «Site»), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with any provision, you must refrain from using the Site.
2. Description of service
Through the Site, NerdCruiting provides information about tech recruiting services, job opportunities, educational content, free tools (including a CV generator), and contact forms for commercial inquiries or applications.
NerdHR is a recruitment software product (SaaS) offered under the same brand. Access to and use of the NerdHR platform is governed by separate product agreements and policies where applicable.
3. Eligibility and accuracy of information
The Site is intended for individuals aged 18 or over, or with legal capacity to contract under applicable law.
When submitting forms (contact, applications, CV download, or other), you warrant that the information provided is truthful, accurate, and up to date, and that you have the right to share the data and files you submit.
4. Permitted and prohibited use
You agree to use the Site lawfully and in accordance with these terms. The following is expressly prohibited:
- Using the Site for fraudulent, unlawful purposes or in violation of third-party rights.
- Attempting unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts.
- Introducing viruses, malware, or malicious code.
- Scraping, bulk data extraction, or unauthorized automated use.
- Impersonating others or falsifying data in forms or applications.
- Using Site tools to generate misleading content or content that infringes third-party intellectual property.
5. Intellectual property
The Site, its design, the NerdCruiting brand, logos, text, images, CV templates, and other content are owned by NerdCruiting or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
A limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license is granted to access the Site and use free tools for legitimate personal or professional use. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of content without prior written consent is not authorized.
6. Free tools
Tools available on the Site (including the CV generator) are provided «as is», without warranty of uninterrupted availability or that results will meet specific employer or hiring process requirements.
You are responsible for the content you enter and export through such tools.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Uruguayan law, NerdCruiting shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the Site.
NerdCruiting does not guarantee employment, interviews, or commercial outcomes from use of the Site or submission of applications. Published job opportunities may be modified or closed by third parties.
8. Third-party links and services
The Site may contain links to third-party sites or services (social networks, Cloudflare Turnstile, etc.). NerdCruiting does not control and is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such third parties.
Use of integrated services may be subject to the respective providers' terms and policies.
9. Modifications
NerdCruiting may modify these Terms of Service at any time. The «Last updated» date at the top of this document reflects the current version.
Continued use of the Site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, unless applicable law requires additional consent.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay.
Any dispute arising from these terms or use of the Site shall be submitted to the competent courts of Montevideo, Uruguay, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
